Returns

If you want to return an item to ECOROLL, please download the attached returns form. After completing this form, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth processing of your returns:

1. Please get in touch with ECOROLL (send an Email to mail[at]ecoroll[dot]de or call +49 5141 9865-0) or your dedicated sales person in order to support you with the selection and commissioning of a parcel service or forwarding agency. 
2. Please use appropriate packaging and enclose the completed returns form.
3. Ensure sufficient postage, because we will not accept freight collect parcels. Postage will be refunded afterwards.
