Are you interested in mechanical surface treatment using roller burnishing and deep rolling?
So do we! That's why we have a variety of different training and further education formats. In addition to our tech blog and training videos on YouTube, we regularly organise free webinars on roller burnishing, deep rolling and cylinder tube processing. We also offer the opportunity to take part in a 2-day training course at our premises.
Roller burnishing of small components
Efficient smoothing and compaction on machines with limited working space
Do you need to smooth small components, but have limited installation space?
In this webinar, Dr.-Ing. Oliver Maiß will show you how to optimize even the smallest components through roller burnishing and deep rolling!
Here’s what you can expect from our webinar:
- Integrating compact tools into machines with limited installation space
- Roller burnishing of micro-components: methods and practical implementation
- Deep rolling and roller burnishing of components with thin walls or small diameters

High productivity in hydraulic cylinder machining
Webinar on June 25, 2026
- You’ll learn how skiving-roller burnishing works on your CNC machine from tool integration to high-precision surface finishing
- You’ll understand why in-house manufacturing reduces your reliance on external semi-finished products and gives you more flexibility for customizations

In the two-day technology training course, you will gain a complete insight into the technology of roller burnishing and deep rolling. We will go through the basics of the technology together, familiarise ourselves with the tools and discuss the effects of the process on the surface, the subsurface area and the component properties.
The training takes place over two days at our plant in Celle, Germany, and includes a theoretical and a practical part. The training course is therefore aimed at anyone who wants to familiarise themselves with the tevchnology or needs support when introducing it to their company, regardless of whether they are a machine operator, process planner or design engineer.
The training price includes
- participation in the practical and theoretical sessions
- the training documents
- catering during the coffee and lunch breaks
- a joint dinner with all participants
- a certificate of attendance
Next date: 3–4 November 2026
