New "ECOcompact" product range
Overview
As a technology leader in the field of smooth and deep rolling, ECOROLL AG Werkzeugtechnik is expanding its existing range of products with the new ECOcompact product series. ECOROLL is thus following the trend towards the miniaturisation of components and is launching a product range on the market that is explicitly tailored to the requirements of smaller components. The tools are ideal for use with all machine types that have a limited working area, such as sliding headstock automatic lathes, Swiss-type machines or rotary transfer machines.
To the tools in the ECOcompact product range
- GMI: Machining of cylindrical bores from Ø 3.70 mm to Ø 21.00 m
- EG5T: Economical roller burnishing of all rectilinearly limited rotationally symmetrical surfaces
- EG3T: Economical roller burnishing of all rectilinearly limited rotationally symmetrical surfaces on sliding headstock lathes and machines with limited working space
- RA: Machining of cylindrical outer surfaces from Ø 1 mm
- UMK: Smooth rolling of convex surfaces of rotationally symmetrical components with small diameters
